I made a transaction, but my Espees account wasn’t credited. What should I do?

If your account was not credited after a transaction, follow these steps:

- Visit helpdesk.espees.org

- Open a ticket, providing the following details:

- KC username

- Transaction date

- App or web platform used

- Transaction amount

You will receive a unique ticket number to track the resolution.
